About Me

My name is Crystal Jordan and I have been seeing, hearing, and experiencing spirit for my entire life. I grew up in a small town called Charlotte Michigan and have lived there pretty much my whole life. Growing up as an empathic, spiritual medium was not always easy. I had struggled with family issues, low self esteem, anxiety, and depression for most of my life. On top of that I was always the odd one that no one really connected with.

Of course, life wasn't always horrible.As I got older I learned to "fit in", so to speak, and become what looks to be normal to most. Which to my own detriment helped me fit into social situations. Making it easier for me to make friends and be a part of school activities from fifteen to eighteen years old. I say to my own detriment because as I stopped being myself I grew more anxious, depressed and unable to cope with the emotional problems that I had bottled up my whole life.

Skipping forward to July of 2012, my life was at its lowest point. I had worked as a medical assistant from 2003-2012. I was newly married to a man that would later turn out to be one of the biggest lessons in my life. And I had stopped working completely due to a skiing accident. Not that not working wasn't great, what was awful, was that I had this deep urge to escape quickly from the medical field. I had no clue who I was, where I was going, what I wanted to do and felt utterly lost. A deep mind, soul, body lost that made breathing everyday seem difficult.

I should also state that at this stage in my life I considered myself an atheist. However, I was willing to try anything to find myself. So I pleaded to a God, that I did not necessarily believe in, to show me my path. What am I? Who am I? At this point, pure desperation. In July, my family decided to take a trip to the 1839 Jackson prison for a tour. That whole day had been a disaster for me, anxiety wise. I remember, I was nervous the moment I woke up.

As we made our way in, they ushered us into what was now a large, open area that looked like a school cafeteria. It felt so heavy to me. I was there for maybe five minutes and heard a male whisper my name. I turned around, no one was there. After that, I was touched, poked and called out to over and over. I blew it all off because I had always heard, seen and felt things that others hadn't.

As we made our way through, we finally got to what is the solitary confinement area. That is when things went from normal spirit stuff, to something I myself could not explain. As everyone else went down the stairwell, I myself could not physically bring myself to walk down the stairs. I wasn't scared per say, just had a deep, "do not go down there" feeling. I tell people that it was like there was an invisible door that I could not bring myself to open.

After five minutes of back and fourth with myself, I called myself a baby, took a deep breath and walked through the opening to the stairs. I proceeded down with gusto and as soon as I got with the rest of the group, I became instantly dizzy. So much so that I couldn't see, so I placed my hand on the wall to gain footing. The moment I did that, my world disappeared. I cannot quite explain what I saw or felt because it was everything that had happened in that area. I was punched in the gut by the deepest set of emotions I had ever felt. I saw faces of inmates run at me, into me and through me as they screamed, laughed, cried and begged to be let out. I smelled vomit and urine. That was the moment I blacked out. I do not know what happened but I woke up in a chair upstairs crying uncontrollably.

On the way home, I had told my husband that I needed to contact someone. I knew after being in the medical field myself that if I went to the doctor, I would have some sort of psychiatric disorder. My gut told me that I needed a spiritual adviser and at the time I thought it was because I was possessed. I wasn't but it was the only rational thing that I could think of.

As soon as I got home I made an email and sent it to every spiritual adviser/healer that I could find. Remembering back now, I didn't know who I was contacting where because if I did, I most definitely wouldn't have sent it to someone in New York, but I did. Out of all of the emails that I sent, I received one email back, from Pat Longo. Her sister contacted me back, told me that I was not crazy and set me up with and over the phone healing from Pat.

That is pretty much what leads me to be here, channeling for all of you now. Pat explained that I wasn't sick, or possessed, I was an empathic medium and that I could use it or run from it, but spirit would most likely run faster and meet me where I was going. She gave me hope, paperwork and sent me on my way to learn with my guides. Which I did and it has been a fantastic ride. I am grateful to say that I love what I do and I genuinely feel as though I am exactly where I am supposed to be. Channeling your loved ones, helping give peace through spirit. Mediumship Readings

One Hour Mediumship Readings: are done in one hour sessions and cost $110.00. I do them through video Skype, zoom, facetime and video messenger. All readings must be paid for within 24 hours of booking the appointment with me. *As of March 1st, 2022, I will only be doing online readings*

For one hour readings, you are allowed one person as moral support. There will be a $50.00 charge for every extra person that attends a session.

You are allowed to record the session.

For ALL readings, I ask for a phone number from all clients. This is the number that I will be texting a confirmation message to 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you would like an email confirmation instead, please let me know. If you do not respond to the confirmation, your appointment will be canceled. I generally give until 8 p.m. for you to respond. If you do not respond, it is the same as a no call/no show.

Angel Healing

An angelic healing is where my team on the other side consisting of guides, angels and ancestors look into you and give, take, and shift energy in you depending on what your specific needs are. Much like Reiki, this is an energy healing. However, different from reiki, I am an empathic medium that is also able to see, feel and experience things through spirit to give messages, if they have any to pass along regarding your emotional health. This is specific to you and so I cannot determine a length of time in which you will be there or what to expect at that time of arrival.

Cost: $110.00

House Cleansings

A House cleansing is $200.00 for the first hour. For every half hour extra, there will be an additional $50.00 per half hour that will need to be paid at the time of service.

Being that I have no clue what I am coming into, I cannot tell you how long it will take, or complete cost. However, most cleansings last about an hour. If I do not feel I am what you need, I will discuss in full what I believe the next steps need to be.

I also charge $.53 cents per mile for mileage fees.

Guide Reading/Spiritual Counseling session

Cost: $110.00

A Guide reading or counseling session is different from a regular session. It requires you to come prepared to talk about your life. So bring a list of all of the struggles and or past traumas that you would like spirit to help you overcome. From there, they will lead the conversation where they want it to go.

Group Readings

Group readings are $50.00 per attendee and I require 8 people and or $400.00, whether or not everyone attends.

The sessions are two hours long

There will be a processing fee added to cc transactions.

I do travel for group readings however, I like to stay within 30 miles of Charlotte Michigan

Therefore it is respectful to give me 7 days to fill my schedule if you cannot keep your appointment with me.

It is very important for all groups to start at their scheduled time. Because of this, all attendees need to at the home and ready when I am scheduled to arrive. Channeling will start at the exact time I was scheduled to start.

Being that spirit directs the conversation, I cannot guarantee that every person that comes will receive a specific message. I can guarantee that spirit will leave everyone feeling full of love at the end of the two hour session. However, due to this, there will be no refunds if someone is not personally channeled for.

I see clients Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I do not see clients on Fridays , Saturday, or Sunday due to my second obligation, and family. I cannot make exceptions to this. Please make sure you can be available on the dates that I do see clients. I do offer evening readings.

what to expect

People often send me messages asking me to explain what they can expect from a session. As I wish I could answer this for you, I cannot. Each of you are very different. You have all lived different experiences and so what you are seeing me for is specific to you and your needs. I can however tell you how I channel and hope that, that helps.

I am an Empathic Medium which means that I am able to understand spirit through thoughts, feelings and emotions. I feel like it is important to also point out that spirit comes in all forms, not just your loved ones. When you see me, on top of channeling your loved ones, I can also channel for guides. For those of you who do not know, Guides are part of our spiritual team that have been assigned to work with you throughout your life. They are part of the instinct that you pick up on in your gut. Their job is to help you through life's lessons and guide you along your path. If you are struggling with life issues, they are the ones that know what you need.

Rest assured that if you come to a session open to hearing or receiving what ever is brought through. Spirit knows what you need. I do not. If you come to be channeled for, but spirit says you need healing, you will receive a healing/guidance session instead. Which is why it is so important to be open to all things. In the end, it may not be what you think you are coming to hear, but it will always be what you need.

Please note, I have readings and healings that are scheduled in a way that my clients will not run into each other. For some, there is only one hour in between. Because of this, it is imperative to remain on schedule. If you are running late and cannot be here, or be available to Skype at your time, I can only wait ten minutes for you to be available. After ten minutes, if you have not contacted me, it will be considered a no show and you will not be given a refund, or the ability to reschedule. This is for online, and in person readings. If you do have an emergency, and call me prior to your appointment, I will give one opportunity to reschedule. Please keep in mind, ALL over the phone or Skype reads are done in EST. It is your responsibility to know the time difference.

Also, when sending an email to set up an appointment, please note that I do not put you down for whatever time and date that I gave you, until to you confirm it back to me. As with all technology, sometimes emails do not get delivered to me. Please make sure that I have received your confirmation, especially if I do not respond back within a couple days. I cannot be held accountable for double booking if you never confirmed your date and time. Also, be aware that I give the same date and time to many people because all appointment times are a first come, first serve. If you respond later than a day or two, chances are the original date and time will be taken. I confirm all appointments through text or email, the day before you come to see me. In that confirmation, you will receive my address.

Payment Policy

All services that I provide are to be paid for in full by invoice (even group readings) within 24 hours of scheduling the appointment. I will send one "reminder" if I do not receive your payment. After that, I will cancel your invoice, and appointment, to open it up to someone else. **DO NOT PAY FOR A READING PRIOR TO GETTING A DATE AND TIME**

Showing up on time

ALL readings that I schedule, are scheduled in EST. It is your responsibility to know the time difference based on where you live. It is imperative that it start at it's scheduled time. If you are running late, please let me know. However, I ask that you understand I have someone else lined up after you. Depending on time, we may need to reschedule. If we need to reschedule, I will do my best to fit you in at my soonest available. However, I am booked 3-4 months in advance sometimes. You need to understand I will not be able to accommodate something sooner than what I have available.

I will wait 10 minutes from your scheduled appointment time for you to show up. If you do not, it will be considered a no show. You will not be given a refund. If you want to reschedule, you will have to make a separate payment.

48 hours notice

If, for any reason you need to reschedule, and or cannot keep your appointment, I require 48 hours notice. If you do not give 48 hours notice, I will not refund your reading. I do understand emergencies in life. If, on the day of your appointment there is an emergency, contact me. I will allow you to reschedule in the event of an emergency. I do not give refunds for a missed appointment though. It is my discretion whether or not your excuse is an emergency.

IF you need to reschedule because of an emergency, you need to understand I have a waiting list. I am scheduled out 3-4 months at a time. I will NOT be able to reschedule you within a week or two of your missed appointment. It will be rescheduled based on availability.

Confirmation Response

24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, I will send you a confirmation text. I will NO LONGER schedule you for a reading without a cell phone number. This is imperative. As I will NO LONGER send a confirmation through email. Too many people state they do not get them, then want a refund because they no showed on me. If you cannot provide a working cell number, I will no longer schedule you for an appointment.

If you do not confirm to your text, by 8 pm EST, you will forfeit your your scheduled spot, and it will be opened up to someone else on my waiting list. You will NOT get a refund. That is considered a no show.

I will attempt to fill your spot, therefore I may have someone in my office. If you do not respond to your confirmation, do not show up asking to be seen. I do not want someone else's experience to be interrupted.

If you do not confirm your confirmation text with me by 8 pm EST, I WILL NOT be there for your reading (unless I fill the spot). There is an hour worth of set up mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically for me, and your lost loved ones prior to you getting there. I refuse to waste my time, and spirits after being no showed as many times as I have. You will not be given a refund. Please do not text, call, or email asking me to show up anyway if you did not confirm. As I stated, there is prep work for this that you cannot understand. Just reply to the confirmation, because you will not be seen without it.

Refund Policy

Yes, it is true that I will give a full refund if I personally feel as though I did not connect with spirit. However, It is my discretion. I do NOT give refunds if you are unhappy with what was said. I do not give refunds if you think your loved ones wouldn't come through the way they did. I offer more than one service. Just because you think you need a reading, spirit may think you need something else. If that is the case, I will do what spirit guides me to do. Which may be a healing, teaching, counseling, or something else. I will not refund money if someone you "hoped" or "thought" would come through does not. No, I cannot conjure spirit. If they do not come through, it is because what you needed to hear came through someone else.

It is imperative that YOU come with an open heart, and mind ready to receive what spirit wants to give, not what you think they should. It is also incredibly important for you to understand spirit knows more after they pass. Which means they try to help you heal also from the things they feel they may not have gotten right. If you cannot be open to all of what spirit will provide, I will kindly ask that you schedule your time with someone other than me.

I do not offer refunds based on what you "think" your loved ones would say, versus what they channeled.

If you send a loved one to me that is unhappy with what they received, you will not be given a refund either.

If I connect, and I know spirit did awesome, you will not be refunded money. Once again, it is my discretion. I know when I am connecting, and when I am not.

Love never dies

I have had Crystal channel for me several times. He first time I was able to hear from my dad, grandpa and grandma. I was also give several messages to pass on to other friends and family.it was amazing!! The second time she channeled one of my guides and also a friend that passed over far too young. I have to start with the first reading I ever had. A friend of mine had posted on Facebook that she had one spot left open for her group reading. I thought that might be cool but I was also scared. So I did not respond and the next morning I seen the post again. So at this point I sent her message and asked if she still had a spot and she said yes. I told her I my come but was still unsure.
